letter of the 5th ulto.,
transmitting a copy of a despatch from the Officers Administering the Government of Hongkong relative to an advertisement
which
was issued in that Colony, in the month of December last, by the Superintendent of the Hongkong and Oriental Steam Navigation Company on the subject of the illegal conveyance
